About the Role

We're hiring someone to lead outreach to other clinics, therapists, and primary care providers to build mutual referral relationships. This person will conduct professional video calls, explain our psychiatry offerings (including ketamine and integrative mental health care), and manage follow-up using tools like GoHighLevel.

What You’ll Do
Connect and Build Partnerships
Reach out to clinics, therapists, primary care providers, and wellness centers to introduce our psychiatry services
Conduct professional video calls with potential referral partners to explore synergies and mutual client support
Present & Educate
Clearly explain our offerings including psychiatric evaluations, integrative psychiatry, and ketamine treatment programs
Use screen-sharing or visual tools (training provided) to guide providers through our treatment model, patient portal, and referral process
Maintain Relationships
Nurture relationships with current and potential partners through ongoing check-ins, newsletters, and feedback collection
Coordinate follow-ups using our CRM/outreach platform (GoHighLevel)
Automation & Systems
Utilize GoHighLevel to manage outreach campaigns, appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
Maintain CRM records, document call outcomes, and track referral activity
What We’re Looking For
Professional Communication
Strong verbal and written skills; confident and personable on Zoom/video calls
Comfortable talking with clinicians, therapists, and wellness professionals
Tech-Savvy & Organized
Familiarity with CRMs, outreach automation (ideally GoHighLevel), and GSuite tools
Ability to manage scheduling, note-taking, and communication pipelines efficiently
Health-Care Aligned
Understanding of or interest in psychiatry, trauma-informed care, ketamine therapy, and integrative mental health approaches
Willingness to learn about our services through internal training and educational materials
Self-Starter with People Skills
You enjoy networking, building relationships, and bringing value to others
Able to work independently while staying aligned with the team and outreach goals
