Three steps to care in Idaho

Telehealth Psychiatry Across Idaho

Whether you're in the Boise metro area, Coeur d'Alene, or a rural community, accessing high-quality psychiatric care is now simpler than ever. Our telehealth platform connects you with Idaho-licensed psychiatric providers, so you don't have to drive to an office. All you need is a private space and an internet connection.

The process begins with a brief online assessment to understand your needs and symptoms. We then match you with a provider who treats your area of concern. If you use insurance, benefits are checked before your first visit.

Care that fits real life

Video visits from home, the same clinician over time, and a clear plan — so getting psychiatry in Idaho feels steady, not chaotic.

Dig into the details

In Idaho we're in network with Medicare, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, and St. Luke's Health Partners. We aren't in network with Idaho Medicaid yet, and Medicaid can't be billed out of network, so self-pay is $150 per visit. If another plan isn't listed, check it on our insurance checker. Our team handles the benefits verification process for you.

For those without insurance or who prefer to pay directly, we offer a straightforward self-pay option. This allows for maximum flexibility in scheduling and care. All costs are transparent, and you will know your financial responsibility before committing to an appointment.

Our Idaho-licensed providers diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions through evidence-based care. Our primary service is medication management, but we also offer integrated plans that include therapy and coaching for a whole-person approach.

Common conditions we treat include:

- Anxiety and Panic Disorders

- Depression (including Major Depressive Disorder and Treatment-Resistant Depression)

- ADHD (in adults and adolescents)

- Bipolar Disorder

- PTSD and Trauma-Related Conditions

- OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)

We also have programs for Hormonal Mental Health (PMDD, perimenopause), Metabolic Mental Health, Addiction Recovery Support (including a structured Kratom Detox Program), and Family Psychiatry.

For individuals who have not found relief with traditional treatments, we offer advanced therapeutic options. Our providers conduct thorough evaluations to determine if you are a candidate for services like Spravato (esketamine) or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression that must be administered in a certified clinic. TMS is a non-invasive brain stimulation therapy for depression. We can provide referrals and coordinate care with certified in-person clinics in or near Idaho for these treatments.

All treatment plans are developed in collaboration with you and your provider. Medical decisions are based on a comprehensive clinical evaluation, and treatment availability may vary. Our goal is to provide a personalized and effective path to wellness.

Yes. You work with the same clinician at every follow-up appointment unless you request a change. Continuity helps your provider track what works and adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

At-home ketamine therapy may be available to eligible Idaho patients after a thorough evaluation. Ketamine is prescribed off-label and is not FDA-approved for any psychiatric condition. Your provider will discuss whether it fits your clinical needs.

Call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-urgent questions, contact the clinic at 702-848-2256 during business hours.

When you book, the scheduler shows real open times with Idaho-licensed providers. If you're using insurance, book at least 72 hours ahead so we can check your benefits; self-pay visits are $150.

Our licensed providers in Idaho can prescribe a full range of psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, when clinically appropriate and after a comprehensive evaluation. All prescribing decisions comply with federal and state regulations, including the Ryan Haight Act, which may require an in-person visit. Federal telehealth rules for controlled substances are temporary through Dec 31, 2026 and may change. Your provider will discuss all treatment options and requirements with you.

Yes, extensive research has shown that telepsychiatry is as effective as in-person care for managing most mental health conditions. Our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform ensures your sessions are private and allows you to build a strong, consistent relationship with your provider from a comfortable and convenient location.

We offer an Integrated Care model that combines medication management with talk therapy for a comprehensive approach. We also offer programs like Metabolic and Hormonal Mental Health support, addiction recovery, and coaching. Your provider will work with you to build a holistic treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Coverage depends on your state and plan. Choose your state and plan in the booking tool to see providers in network for it, or book self-pay at $150 per visit. You can also check your plan by state.

The booking tool shows each provider's real open times, so you can see what's available before you book. Insurance visits must be booked at least 72 hours ahead so we can check your benefits. Where online booking isn't open, call (702) 848-2256 to schedule. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Online psychiatry is mental health care from a licensed prescriber over secure video instead of in an office. You get the same core services: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management. At Anywhere Clinic, you can also add talk therapy, with your prescriber and therapist coordinating your care.

You complete a short intake, choose insurance or self-pay, and book a video appointment. If you use insurance, we check your benefits before the visit. At the first visit, your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then recommends a plan. If medication is appropriate, it's sent to your pharmacy. Follow-ups happen by video with the same provider.

Yes. Our providers are licensed in 47 states and D.C., and you can see one by secure video from home if you're in a state we serve during the visit. Choose your state when you book to see providers and times. Telehealth isn't right for every situation, so your provider confirms it fits at your first visit.

Yes, when your provider decides medication is appropriate after evaluating you. Licensed psychiatric prescribers can prescribe most psychiatric medications over video, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. You won't get one just by asking. Controlled substances, such as stimulants, are more tightly regulated and depend on your state and your provider's judgment. We don't prescribe controlled substances in Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

For many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD, research finds outcomes from video care comparable to office visits. Results still vary by person and condition. Some situations, like a crisis or a need for in-person assessment, call for face-to-face care, and your provider will tell you if that applies.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider will discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan.

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, and more. Your provider tells you if your needs call for a different level of care.
